Order Cancellation
Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Size Disclaimer
We encourage all customers to review our detailed size chart before placing an order. If the size chosen based on the available information does not match your measurements, Henry & Clara New York is not responsible for sizing issues beyond our control.
However, if you receive a product that does not fit, please contact our customer support team. We’re happy to assist and, in many cases, can offer a partial discount (up to 25% or 50%) on an exchange. Shipping costs still apply and are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Henry & Clara New York does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Required return label:
All returned items must include a return label. Returns without a return label may not be approved for a refund.
Sale Product Conditions
